The Units

The floorplans for Stonewall Corners are a work in progress but we know a few things for certain. First, there will be a 1-car garage on the first level and a spacious entry with stairs to the main level. On that main level we offer an OPEN CONCEPT LIVING SPACE with a deck to enjoy the night breeze or afternoon sun. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with two full baths. A great option is to have a master suite on the first floor, turning the unit into a THREE BEDROOM HOME. The end units are even more user-friendly, with one bedroom on the ground level and the second right off the main floor. These units will go fast!

TIMELINE

The time-line for ambitious new-construction projects are always tough to predict, however we are confident that with ground-breaking scheduled for July, we can reasonably expect the first units to be turned over to the happy buyers by the FIRST OF THE YEAR. Then as we procede, if everything goes as planned, we should be completed within two years.
